We have free shipping to Netherlands on all orders. For Germany and Belgium, we have free shipping for orders above €100 (below €100, the shipping costs are €15). For other EU countries, United States, Canada, China, Australia (all express shipping) and Russia (PostNL) the shipping costs are €20 for orders up to €250. For orders above €250 to the before mentioned countries, we have free shipping. All other countries will be applied a shipping cost of €60 (Express) until an order up to €1000. Orders above €1000 will be shipped for free worldwide.
Only for The Netherlands we have free returns. For other countries, please check your local courier. Another option is we can let UPS or FedEX pick up your parcel and deduct the price we pay to UPS or FedEX from the product price. We will not give a refund for the original shipment cost, nor for the return cost. Please see our General terms and Conditions for more information about our shipment policy.
