1 – Can I visit your shop?
Of course you are welcome to view and / or fit items on location. This can be done during or outside office hours. Note that this is only possible by appointment. To make an appointment click here
2 – What are the shipping costs?
We have free shipping to Netherlands on all orders. For Germany and Belgium, we have free shipping for orders above €100 (below €100, the shipping costs are €15). For other EU countries, United States, China, Russia and Australia the (Express) shipping costs are €20 for orders up to €250. For orders above €250 to the before mentioned countries, we have free shipping. All other countries will be applied a shipping cost of €60 (Express shipping) up to an order of €1000. Orders above €1000 will be shipped for free worldwide.
3 – What is the delivery time for an order?
We ship within one business day from the moment you place an order. As we work together with GLS, PostNL, UPS and FedEX, parcels in the Netherlands are often offered within one working day after shipment. Shipping to Belgium and Germany takes about 1-3 business days. Contact us for the delivery time to other countries (UPS and FedEX generally within 4-5 working days worldwide).
4 – What are the payment options?
Paypal, creditcard, Ideal, Przelewy24 and cash (the latter only on location).
5 – I am experiencing problems when placing an order. What now?
You can mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the message that technical problems occur when placing an order. We will either solve the problem immediately or come up with an alternative proposal.
6 – Is evening delivery in the Netherlands also possible?
Of course that is possible. Since we work with PostNL, there is also an option for delivery between 6pm and 9.30pm. When placing an order, leave a note that you choose for evening delivery. Please note that evening delivery is only possible after a few working days.
