Time for Moda cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Time for Moda. The commencement date for the validity of these conditions is 25/05/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This Privacy Policy describes what information about you is collected by us, where this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data can possibly be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide us.

Webwinkelsoftware

WooCommerce
Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have opted for MijnDomein (via Online Brothers) for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with these parties. Both MijnDomain and Online Brothers have access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. MijnDomein and Online Brothers are obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.
Furthermore, we host our web store on a server in-house. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible.

Webhosting

MijnDomein
We take web hosting and email services from MijnDomein. MijnDomein processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. MijnDomein has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. MijnDomein is obliged to maintain secrecy on the basis of the confidentiality agreement.

Payment processors

Mollie and PayPal
We use Mollie and PayPal to process payments in our webshop. Mollie and PayPal process your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Both Mollie and Paypal have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. They reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also applies to the parts of Mollie and PayPal’s services for which they engage third parties. Both Mollie and Paypal do not retain your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms.

Reviews

Woocommerce reviews
We collect reviews via the Woocommerce platform. If you leave a review via Woocommerce then you are obliged to provide a name and e-mail address. We may contact you on the basis of the information provided by you and the review that you have left behind. Furthermore, we do not do anything with this data and your e-mail address is not displayed when publishing a review.

Newsletter

Mailchimp
We use the professional version of Mailchimp for our newsletters and banners. Only when you indicate that you wish to receive newsletters, you will receive them. We will not mail new customers who have not indicated that they wish to receive newsletters with important updates and offers. Of course we do not spam and send a maximum of 2 e-mails per month.

Shipment and logistics

PostNL, UPS and GLS
If you place an order at our online shop, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, UPS and GLS (Europees Pakket Service) to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with these companies. They only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL, UPS and / or GLS enable subcontractors, they also make your data available to these parties.

External sale channels

Marktplaats.nl
We sell (a part of) our articles via the platform of Marktplaats.nl. If you place an order via this platform, Marktplaats.nl can share personal information with us in case you have provided this to them. We use this information to process your order. We treat your information confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use. We always delete mail traffic, messages and other data via Marktplaats.nl within 60 days.

Ebay.com
We sell (a part of) our articles through the Ebay platform. If you place an order via this platform, Ebay will share your order and personal details with us. We use this information to process your order. We treat your information confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Forums
We also sell (a small part) through online forums. If you contact us via a forum by sending a message, we will only use this information to handle your order or make appropriate proposals in the future (if requested). We treat your information confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use. The forums on which we operate are all equipped with SSL certificates and have taken appropriate security measures.

Purpose of data processing

General purpose of the processing

We use your data among others but not exclusively for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is related to the information you provide. We can use your data for (targeted) e-mail marketing. Your information will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties have all been kept confidential on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Retention periods
We keep your information as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we need to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period is in effect. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in connection with your assignment.
