1. General

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers on the Time for Moda website. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of Time for Moda, www.timeformoda.com.
2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions as stated here.
3. Unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing, other general or specific conditions or stipulations will not be accepted.
4. Time for Moda reserves the right to change the delivery and / or payment conditions on the website. Time for Moda can change these Terms and Conditions from its policy. If the terms and conditions are changed, an update with modification date will be mentioned.

2. Our Business Policy
2.1  The Vendor offers products for sale on timeformoda.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its adult end users, i.e. “consumers”.

2.2  “Consumer” means any individual who is acting for purposes outside of his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a “consumer”, please do not buy any products on timeformoda.com.

2.3 The Vendor reserves the right not to accept purchase order proposals received from users who are not “consumers”, and any other order proposal that does not comply with its business policy, such as order proposals for which there are reports or suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases, the Vendor will inform the user that the order proposal has not been accepted.

The order proposals transmitted to the Vendor and the returns made by the users must also match with normal consumer needs. The Vendor monitors the number of order proposals and returns.

2.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the transmission by the users of timeformoda.com and the acceptance by the Vendor of order proposals relating to products on timeformoda.com.

3. Fulfilment of orders

3.1 All items are packaged with the greatest care and sent on time.
3.2 The address given is the address where the order is delivered.
3.3 Packages are often dispatched within 1 working day. In the Christmas holidays it is often very busy at the postal companies, because of this, shipping can be delayed. Time for Moda is not tied to the 24 hour shipping time, that is approximate. Time for Moda strives to deliver orders within the legal term of 30 days. If this is not possible because it is not available, or that an order can only be partially send, the customer will receive an e-mail with the message that he has the right to cancel the order completely free of charge. Time for Moda is also entitled to cancel the contract if it finds that a product is not in stock or available.

4. Pricing and costs

4.1 Prices shown in euros and US dollars, and include 21% VAT.
4.2 We have free shipping to Netherlands on all orders. For Germany and Belgium, we have free shipping for orders above €50. For other EU countries, United States, Canada, China, Russia and Australia the shipping costs are €20 for orders up to a price of €250. For orders above €250 (other EU countries, US and China), we have free shipping. All other countries will be applied a shipping cost of €30 with PostNL or €60 with a courier service up to a price of €1000. Orders above €1000 will be shipped for free worldwide. The shipping costs are specifically indicated when the customer will checkout on the website.
4.3 The customer must take care of any customs and taxes when ordering outside the EU. The customer bears the responsibility to check whether a product can legally be imported into the country of destination. The customer is the registered importer who has to comply with the laws, obligations and regulations of the country of destination. All costs involved are for the account of the customer. The costs of customs clearance are also for the account of the customer. Time for Moda has no insight into such costs and therefore can not predict how much they will be. In order to prevent the customer being confronted with unexpected costs, Time for Moda advises the customer to inform the customs about the costs before placing an order.

5. Return Policy

5.1. Delivery location in the Netherlands
The customer has fourteen (14) day reflection time in accordance with the law on distance selling to cancel the purchase after receipt of the item(s), without giving any reason. As a result, the purchase of that item is canceled and the amount already paid on that item is refunded on the bank account of the customer known to Time for Moda. The customer also has the right to cancel the order immediately after an order (ie without receipt of the items). After the reflection period has expired, Time for Moda will no longer accept return shipments. As soon as the customer has indicated within the cooling-off period that he wishes to return, he must return the return within fourteen (14) days to Time for Moda. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. Time for Moda will refund the returning costs to the customer. If the customer wants to return, he must indicate this always by e-mail or via the online return form.
5.2 Delivery location in the EU (excluding Netherlands)
On all online orders, a trial period of 14 days after delivery applies. Within this period the customer has the opportunity to view and try the ordered items. Is the customer not satisfied for any reason? He can indicate for all items if complete, unworn and in original packaging (if present with tags) within the trial period that he wish to return. Once he has indicated that he wishes to return, he has 14 days to return the item(s). Returning costs are for the buyers responsibility. If the customer wants to return, he must indicate this always by e-mail or via the online return form.
5.3 Delivery location outside the EU
On all online orders, a trial period of 5 days after delivery applies. Within this period the customer has the opportunity to view and try the ordered items. Is the customer not satisfied for any reason? He can indicate for all items if complete, unworn and in original packaging (if present with tags) within the trial period that he wish to return. Once he has indicated that he wishes to return, he has 3 days to return the item(s). Returning costs are for the buyers responsibility. If the customer wants to return, he must indicate this always by e-mail or via the online return form. Always remark the shipment as a return and include the original invoice. In case the package is not marked as a return and we need to pay customs, we will not accept the return.
5.4 Returned items must be in the state that is generally accepted for approval of the items for normal use, such as fitting items in retail stores. Items that are delivered incorrectly, defective or incomplete and that are returned by the customer must be returned to Time for Moda in the original state with labels and packaging. Time for Moda reserves the right to refuse return shipments if it appears that the item appears to be used or has not been provided with original labels, or if the customer has not complied with the instructions for return, as given by Time for Moda. Optionally Time for Moda can proceed with depreciation after it has been proven that the item has been used or worn. Time for Moda reserves the right to make a choice between refusal or reduction of value if there is a used or worn item. The amount of depreciation depends on the condition of the item, which may vary from twenty-five (25) to eighty (80) percent of the purchase price for the customer.
5.5 Refund
5.5.1 Refund for orders in Netherlands & EUROPE
As soon as Time for Moda has received the notification via the return form or via mail that a customer wishes to return and all conditions for exchange and return have been met, the amount paid for the relevant item(s) (see invoice) will be refunded within 14 days.
5.5.2 Refund for orders outside EUROPE
As soon as Time for Moda has received the notification via the return form or via mail that a customer wishes to return and all conditions for exchange and return have been met, the amount paid for the relevant item(s) (see invoice) excluding the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days. In case of free shipping, we will subtract as shipping costs €20 for VS, China, Canada and Russia. For all other countries, we will subtract €30 (economy shipping with PostNL) or €60 (FedEX express shipment) shipping costs.

6. Payment

Payment is possible with Ideal, creditcard, Paypal, Przelewy24 and Mister cash.
